○ 1 -2 tsp blush blend
○ 1 cup frozen strawberries
○ 1 banana
○ 1 cup milk
Optional: 1 tsp fuel blend
BLEND
Place all ingredients and blend on high for about 1 minute.
If your blender is having a hard time blending, add more milk and run on low speed.
