Our golden blend has just 5 powerful adaptogens and superfoods to help our body manage stress better and provide immunity support. Made with Camu Camu berry, Goji berry, Maca, Lucuma and Carrots- that's it. Cold dried to preserve nutrients.

🌱1 cup rolled oats
🥛1 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened or vanilla
🥕1/4 cup carrot (Finely grated)
🥄1 tsp golden blend (Has more carrots that re-hydrate in liquid!)
✨1 tsp cinnamon
✨1/4 tsp allspice powder
🌱1 tbsp chia seeds
🍇3 tbsp raisins
✨1 tsp vanilla extract
🍁3 tbsp maple syrup
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well!
2. Cover and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Before eating, top off with yogurt or coconut cream and pecans.
- We love adding a small teaspoon of our wave blend for some colour and more flavour!
- Feel free to double up as this should last in the fridge for 3-5 days.
- Depending on preferred consistency, add a splash of almond milk before serving
