SHIPPING POLICY

Orders before 4 PM (EDT) are dispatched SAME DAY. This does not include weekends or holidays. This means purchases made after 4 PM EDT MAY not ship until the next day. Please refer to the chart below for delivery services and times. 

After payment has been confirmed, our customers will receive 2 emails:

1.  A confirmation email right after you place the order. It confirms payment and that your order has been received by us
2. A notification email/SMS when your order has been packed and is sent out for delivery

SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA & USA

All orders ship from Toronto, ON and we use Canada Post or FedEx to ship all our orders across Canada and the US. They ship to P.O boxes as well. Given the current circumstances, Canada Post states that deliveries MAY be delayed. Neither their call center agents nor SMOOV.ca will have any further details. However, all deliveries currently seem to be delivered on time!

HELP! MY TRACKING SAYS ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE...

Please note that on some occassions, orders will be marked as delivered before they are actually delivered. This is because it received a final 'delivered' scan but could not make it that day due to slight delays with your local delivery personnel (weather, more deliveries than anticipated, after-hours etc.).

Not to worry, your package is very close by and will be there in the next 1-3 business days. Packages are only considered missing after they haven't moved in 15 business days and the chances of a package going missing are extremely low. We thank you for your patience!

Please note that due to weather (rain/snow) and/or safety/theft reasons, Canada Post may occasionally deliver your package to the community mailbox or local post office. Note that our blends are NOT temperature sensitive and can withstand being left sealed in a mailbox for a few days. Not to worry, the nutrients are still intact!

Smoov Blends Shipping Policy on Customs Clearance: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Smoov Blends is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, as they are at the discretion of the customs office.
