○ 1 cup oats
○ 1 1/4 cup milk (Use oat, almond or soy)
○ 1 tsp wave blend
○ 1 tbsp or 3 tsp maple syrup (More or less sweeten to taste)
○ 1 tsp vanilla extract
○ 1 tbsp chia seeds
Banana slices, pistachios, almonds, cashews etc. to top off
1. Add and Mix all ingredients in a mason jar well
2. Close lid on jar and place in fridge for atleast 30 mins
3. Add toppings like banana slices, nuts and more fruit!
