HEALTHY CANDY APPLE SMOOTHIE
If you've every liked candy apples or just want to satisfy that sweet tooth for candy in a super healthy way, you want to TRY THIS! With only 4 main ingredients, this recipe is packed with skin-loving ingredients and a wide range of antioxidants and is sure to satisfy your sweet toothπ¬π
INGREDIENTS
β 1 cup frozen raspberries
β 1 medium diced red apple
β 1 banana
β 1 tsp blush blend (Adds 8 antioxidant-packed superfoods and a sweet flavour)
β 1/2 cup water or coconut water
Optional: Coconut shreds to top off this sweet creation
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Pour into glass or bowl and top off with coconut shreds.
