FREEZE!
A majority of fruit & vegetable powders on the market are heat-dried which is much cheaper but decreases the amount of nutrients and has a more pungent taste.
We use freeze dried ingredients which allows us to sneak in more of without you noticing. Check the difference, taste the difference with ours!
We currently source over 50 ingredients and have experimented with atleast 5 varieties of each- that's a lot of sampling. What we found was that freeze drying fruits and vegetables came closest to the real thing- in terms of taste and nutrition!
