Camu camu berries are one of the richest sources of vitamin C (Upto 60 times that of an orange). They serve as a powerful antioxidant in your body and improve health of your skin and immune system. They are extremely sour on their own, but add a nice tangy touch to our golden blend.
2. GOJI berry
Goji berries or wolfberries contain vitamin C, B vitamins, essential fatty acids, amino acids, plus minerals and trace elements. Also found in our golden blend, sprinkle a spoonful into your breakfast smoothie or over your muesli for that extra boost to your immune system.
3. CHIA SEEDS
Chia seeds originate from Mexico, where they were regularly used by the Aztecs and Mayas. Nowadays, they have found their way into North American kitchens and for good reason. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids (100 g contain as much as 1kg of salmon) and they provide twice as much vegetable protein as other seeds.
