Warm Apple Cinnamon Oats

🍎 If you're a fan of apple crumble, then this is the perfect start to your mornings. A super nutritious bowl of warm oats packed with spice and everything nice!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 Serving
Time: 5-10 minutes
🌱 1/2 cup quick oats
💧 1 cup water
🍎 1/2 red apple diced
🍌 1/2 banana sliced
🥛 Splash of Almond milk
🌊 1 tsp wave blend
Optional:
🍁 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
🌶 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for extra spice)
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan, mix well and cook over medium heat for 2-5 minutes.
2. Top off with fruits, nuts or seeds of choice like bananas, coconut shreds, flax seeds, blueberries etc.
3. Enjoy!
