INGREDIENTS
MAkes 3 Servings

First layer - millet pudding:

🌱 1/3 cup raw millet grains
πŸ₯› 1 cup oat milk
🍌 1 ripe banana
🍁 1-3 tsp maple syrup
πŸ’§ 1/2 cup hot water
🌱1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Second layer - chia pudding:
πŸ₯› 3/4 cup oat milk
🍦 1 tbsp smoov all-in-one vanilla cream
🍁 3 tsp maple syrup
🌱 1/3 cup chia seeds

Third layer - berry exotic smoothie:
🫐 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
πŸ’œ 1 Tbsp berry exotic blend
πŸ₯› 3/4 cup plant based yogurt
🍌 1/2 ripe banana

optional: edible flowers 🌸

DIRECTIONS

1. Start preparing chia pudding by combining and whisking oat milk, all-in-one vanilla cream, maple syrup and chia seeds.

2.  Cover, transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.

3. Wash and drain millet grains then transfer them to the medium pot. Add oat milk and the sweetener of your choice.

4. Turn on the heat and bring to a light boil, cover and reduce heat. Cook for approximately 15 minutes until the grain has puffed up, and most of water is absorbed.

5. Remove from heat and transfer to a blender. Add banana and turmeric and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Transfer to the fridge.

6. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for about a minute or two. Set aside.

7. Start assembling superfood breakfast cups by adding a layer of millet pudding. Top it with the layer of chia pudding and finish by pouring the Berry exotic smoothie on top.

8. Decorate with edible flowers and enjoy!
