Strawberry Panna Cotta
Nutritious High Protein Dessert
❣️ Strawberry Panna Cotta is a delicious, creamy, and delicate dessert. Works great as a simple summer dessert or a fancy dinner party. It’s so easy to make with just a handful of wholesome ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
MAkes 3 Servings
Panna Cotta:
🥥 1/2 can coconut cream
🥛 1 cup oat milk
🍁 3 Tbsp maple syrup
🍰 One serving smoov Strawberry Shortcake all in one plant based blend (30 g)
🌱 2 Tbsp cornstarch
🌱 1 Tbsp powdered agar agar
🌱 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Strawberry/Raspberry Topping:
❣️ 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
🍓1 cup fresh strawberries
🌱 1 tsp brown sugar
🍋 1 tsp lemon juice (5 mL)
💧 1/3 cup water (120 mL)
DIRECTIONS
1. To a small bowl add the cornstarch and agar agar powder and whisk it with 4 tablespoons of the oat milk. Set aside.
2. To a medium saucepan add the remaining oat milk, maple syrup and set over medium/high heat. Add the coconut cream, whisk and continue to heat until simmering.
3. Add the cornstarch and Strawberry Shortcake all in one blend and simmer for another few minutes, whisking continuously.
4. Pour mixture into 3 individual ramekins or silicone molds. Allow them to cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes before transferring them to the fridge to set for 2 hours.
5. Meanwhile, add raspberries, strawberries brown sugar, lemon juice and water to a medium saucepan. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 minutes. Cool down a bit, transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
6. Invert the panna cotta onto plates or serve in the ramekins. Top with strawberry-raspberry topping, add fresh berries and enjoy!
