Pumpkin Pie Baked Oats

𧑠We're starting our week off with an energizing pumpkin bie baked oats bowl!
It's high in protein and healthy fats to keep you full, caffeine from guarana seeds, plenty of vitamins and minerals from fruits & veggies for wellness and a lovely fall favourite pumpkin flavour! π

INGREDIENTS | 2 SERVINGS
π¦ 2 tbsp vanilla cream blend
π₯ 1 tbsp fuel blend
π₯ 1 cup plant-based milk
π3 tbsp pumpkin puree
π 2-4 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar free syrup)
π₯₯ 1 tbsp coconut oil
π 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
π± 1 cup oats
π± 1Β½ tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
π° ΒΌ cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
π₯₯ ΒΌ cup shredded coconut
π§ Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C/360Β°F and set aside an oven-safe baking dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla cream blend, fuel blend and spice.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients to combine.
4. Pour the batter into the baking dish.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
