Busy work schedule? Super active day? Long study sessions? They're no match for this bite-sized snack. The unique combination of sweet chocolate and smoky coffee will have you craving more!

About 8 Bites
🌱 7 pitted medjool dates
🌱 1/2 cup cashews
🥜 3 tbsp almond butter
☕️ 2 heaping tbsp mocha mania (or 1 single serve pack)
Optional: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup. Note that this recipe is already sweet enough thanks to the dates and monkfruit in our mocha mania. Only add maple syrup if you have a very SWEET tooth.
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor.
2. Blend for a minute or two until a sticky dough-like consistency is achieved.
3. Scoop dough using a spoon and form into bite sized balls using hands. If they're not forming, feel free to add a splash of milk or water while blending to help bind them.
4. This no-bake snack should be stored in a sealed container. Keep them at room temperature or inside the refrigerator, where they will last for 5-7 days. They are also freezer-friendly. For longterm storage, keep them inside the freezer for up to 3 months. Be sure to dethaw them for several minutes before enjoying.
