INGREDIENTS - 7 bites
🌰 3/4 cup Cashews
🌰 1/2 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
🌱 1 tbsp green blend
💪 1 tbsp smoov vanilla cream
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🍫 Toppings : Melted dark chocolate and crushed cashews
1. Place all the ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor and blend until you're left with a sticky 'dough'.
2. Divide the dough into chunks and roll little balls out of them.
3. Melt dark chocolate chips with a drizzle of coconut oil in the microwave. Heat in 30 s intervals and stir in between. It took us 90 s to melt it but that depends on your microwave.
4. Pour melted chocolate over bites and sprinkle crushed cashews.
4. Store in the fridge until chocolate forms. Enjoy!
