Euphoric Chocolate Chunk Cookies

INGREDIENTS | 15 COOKIES | TIME: 30 MINUTES + 2 HOURS CHILLING TIME
○ 113g butter (room temperature)
○ 150g brown sugar
○ 100g white sugar (or sugar replacement like monkfruit, stevia etc.)
○ 1 egg
○ 2 tsp vanilla extract
○ 50g cocoa powder
○ 2 tsp Euphoric Blend
○ 145g All-Purpose flour
○ 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
○ 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
○ 1⁄2 tsp salt
○ 1 cup chocolate chunks
DIRECTIONS
1. Cream butter for 2 minutes until light and fluffy, add sugars and beat for 2 minutes.
2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder & baking soda in a separate bowl
and set aside.
3. Add egg & vanilla extract and beat until well combined
4. Add in half of your dry ingredients and mix until just barely combined, then add
remaining half and fold in by hand until just combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chunks
6. Using an ice-cream/cookie scoop, make your cookie dough balls and refrigerate on a
parchment lined pan for 2 hours
7. In a preheated oven (350F), bake cookies for 12 minutes or until the cookies have
domed in the middle.
