EASY BAKE EUPHORIC CUPCAKE
(VEGAN FRIENDLY)

Natural Chocolate Dessert, Snack or Breakfast made with Superfoods!

Our version of a superfood chocolate cupcake- it's dairy free and made with nutritious ingredients. Takes 15 minutes to make! This recipe makes 1 small snack serving, so if you enjoy this recipe and want to share, double up on the ramekins and ingredients🧡

INGREDIENTS | 1 SNACK SERVING
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES | BAKE TIME: 12 MINUTES

🌱 3 tbsp flour
🍫 1 tbsp euphoric blend (has cacao, carob, maca & more!)
✨ 1/4 tsp baking powder
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🏺 1/2 tbsp oil
🥛 3 tbsp almond milk
🍫 1 dark chocolate square or a few dark chocolate chips

🍓 Strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries or berries of choice

DIRECTIONS

1. Pre heat oven to 350F

2. Add all ingredients to a greased ramekin and mix well.

3. Bake mixture in ramekin at 350F for 12 minutes.

4. Let cool and dust it with icing sugar or powdered sweetener of choice (coconut sugar, maple sugar, monkfruit etc.). Add toppings like strawberries or cherries and enjoy!
