INGREDIENTS
Makes 8-10 Bites
Time: 15 minutes
🌱 1/2 cup oats
🌰 1/2 cup cashews
🔴 1/2 cup dried cranberries
💜 1 tbsp berry exotic blend
💓 1 tbsp blush blend
✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥥 Coconut Shreds for coating
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients except coconut shreds to a high speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend on high until sticky dough forms. If your mixture is extremely dry and won't form, throw in a splash of water or milk.
3. Form into bites and coat a few in coconut shreds.
4. Enjoy right away or store them in the fridge to satisfy cravings later!
