INGREDIENTS | 1 Bowl
π 100g frozen pineapple
π 100g frozen peaches
π₯¦ 100g frozen steamed cauliflower
π 100g fresh ripe banana
πͺ 1 serving smoov all-in-one vanilla cream blend
π 1 tsp or 5g wave blend
π₯ Splash of water or plant milk, as needed to blend
DIRECTIONS
Note: You can use frozen or steamed cauliflower in this recipe. If you have a sensitive stomach, you can lightly steam cauliflower florets before freezing them to help reduce any bloating from this cruciferous vegetable. You can also simply freeze raw cauliflower florets if you prefer.
To steam cauliflower, use a steamer on the stovetop and steam for 5 minutes.
1. Add ingredients to a high speed blender/ food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Empty into a bowl and top off with coconut yogurt, homemade granola, fresh blueberries, banana & enjoy!
