Chocolate Dream Milkshake
HEALTHY HIGH PROTEIN, PLANT BASED, GLUTEN FREE SNACK RECIPE
This shake is a great way to satisfy those chocolatey cravings. It's high in protein and healthy fats to keep you full, got plenty of vitamins and minerals from fruits & veggies for wellness and a creamy chocolatey flavour that hits the spot! 🍫

INGREDIENTS - 2 servings
🥛 1 cup almond milk or other unsweetened milk
🍁 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
✨ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
✨ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
🌰 2-3 Tbsp your favourite nut butter
🍌 1 ripe banana (frozen)
🍫 1 serving (or 2 tbsp) Chocolate Dream all in one blend
🍫 1/4 cup dark chocolate (melted)
toppings: a scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream or coconut whipped cream, 1 tsp cocoa nibs, fresh mint leaves, chopped peanuts, salted pretzels.
1. Start assembling the cups by pouring melted dark chocolate to the bottom of glasses, then add a spoonful of your favourite nut butter and set aside.
2. Add the rest of ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Divide the milkshake between two glasses, top with a scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream, cocoa nibs, fresh mint leaves, chopped peanuts and salted pretzels.
