
Chocolate Cookie Dough Bars

This snack is a great way to satisfy those chocolatey cravings. INGREDIENTS - 6-8 Bars
Cookie Dough Layer
โจ 1 cup oat flour
๐ซ 2 tbsp chocolate dream blend
๐ฐ 1/4 cup almond butter
๐ 1/4 cup maple syrup
โจ Pinch of Salt
Caramel Layer (Optional)
๐ฐ 1/3 cup almond butter
๐ 3 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate Layer
๐ฅฅ 2 tbsp coconut oil
๐ซ 2 tbsp euphoric blend
๐ 1 tbsp maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients for the cookie dough layer in a bowl.
2. Press into lined glass container and refridgerate while making other layers
3. In a separate bowl, mix ingredients for caramel layer and set aside.
4. Melt coconut oil by microwaving for 30 seconds. Add the euphoric blend and maple syrup and stir well.
5. Remove glass container with the cookie dough layer from fridge and spread caramel layer on top.
6. Pour chocolate layer over cookie dough layer.
7. Refridgerate or freeze for 15-20 mins before slicing.
