INGREDIENTS | 1 Serving
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes + 25 Minutes Bake Time
π₯ 1 large egg (Flax egg will also work- for a vegan friendly version)
π₯ 1/4 cup almond milk
π± 1/3 cup oat flour (Can be made by blending quick oats in a food processor)
π 3 tbsp maple syrup (or 3 tbsp equivalent of a sugar replacement)
π₯§ 1/2 tbsp baking powder
π« 2 tbsp euphoric blend
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre heat oven to 375F
2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until smooth
3. Grease a ramekin and pour batter into it.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when you stick it into the center.
5. Top off with fruit or dark chocolate chips enjoy!
