Smoov Blue Milk
NUTRIENT-PACKED FLAVOURED MILK

INGREDIENTS | 1 CUP
🥛 1 cup milk (We used oat, but any other milk would work too)
🌊 1 level tsp wave blend
🍁 1 Tbsp maple syrup
🌰 Handful of soaked cashews ( Soak for 10-20 minutes prior)
1. Soak a handful of cashews in a cup of warm water for 10-20 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for a minute or two
3. Pour into glass container and drink right away or store in fridge for later!
Boil 1 cup milk and steep your favourite tea bag (we enjoy lavender or masala chai) and add smoov blue milk to it!
