Makes 1 Serving
Time: 5 minutes
🌱 3/4 cup quick oats
🥛 1 cup plant milk
💜 1 tsp berry exotic blend
🫐 1/2 cup blueberries
🌰 1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds
🍁 1/4 cup chopped dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup
🥥 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1. Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl.
2. Mix well and refridgerate overnight.
3. When ready to eat, add toppings of choice (like yogurt, fruits, seeds) & enjoy!
