INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 Serving
Time: 5 minutes
π± 3/4 cup quick oats
π₯ 1 cup plant milk
π 2 tsp berry exotic blend
π« 1/2 cup blueberries
π° 1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds
π 1/4 cup chopped dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup
π₯₯ 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl.
2. Mix well and refridgerate for atleast 30 minutes.
3. When ready to eat, add toppings of choice (like yogurt, fruits, seeds) & enjoy!
