BLUEBERRY-ACAI-YOGURT POPSICLES
A quick, healthy & refreshing little treat
You or the little one's prefer popsicles? Give these creamy yogurt based berry pops a shot. They're packed with the world's most antioxidant-rich berries- those are nutrients to protect our bodiesπ±

INGREDIENTS
Makes about 8 popsicles (Depends on your mold)
Time: 5-10 minutes
π΅ 2 cups frozen blueberries
π 2 tbsp lemon juice
π 1 tbsp maple syrup
π 1 tbsp berry exotic blend
π¦ 1 cup unsweetened plain coconut yogurt (or other non-dairy yogurt)
π 2 tbsp maple syrup
β¨ 1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1. Slightly defrost the blueberries for about 1 min in the microwave.
2. Blend defrosted blueberries in a high-speed blender/ food processor with the lemon juice + 1 tbsp maple syrup, until smooth.
3. In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt + 1 tbsp berry exotic blend + 2 tbsp maple syrup + vanilla extract.
Fill the popsicle molds half way with the berry exotic yogurt mixture, and the remaining half with the blueberry mixture.
Freeze until set!
