INGREDIENTS | 1 Bowl Serving
Total TIME: 10 MINUTES
🌱 1/2 cup quick oats
💦 1 cup water
🔥 1 tsp fuel blend
🍫 2 tbsp euphoric blend
🍁 1-2 tsp maple syrup
🥛 Dash of unsweetened almond milk
Optional toppings: Raspberries, coconut shreds and puffed quinoa
1. Add the 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup water to a pan and heat over medium heat until soft. Alternatively, you can add boiling water to a bowl of oats and cover for a few minutes until soft.
2. Empty cooked oats into a bowl and add 1 tsp fuel blend, 2 tbsp euphoric blend, maple syrup and dash of unsweetened almond milk.
3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Top off with ingredients of choice like berries, coconut shreds, puffed quinoa. If you like nuts or seeds, here are more suggestions: almonds, cashews, chia seeds.
