BERRY Milkshake (LASSI)
A Nutritious YOGURT BASED Drink Recipe
Dairy Free | VEGAN FRIENDLY
A lassi is a traditional Indian drink consisting of yogurt, milk, fruit (most commonly mango) and often spices. We've left out all the added sugar and dairy (if you're intolerant) but kept all the flavour and freshness. This makes for an amazing breakfast drinkπ Jam packed with antioxidants to help protect your body!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 Cup Serving
Time: 5 minutes
π₯ 1/2 cup almond milk
π₯ 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (= 3 1/2 tablespoons)
π 1/2 banana
π 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (Can subtitute for 1/2 cup mango)
π 2 tsp berry exotic blend
Optional: Spice it up with 1 tsp cinnamon or 1 tsp wave blend!
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for about a minute or two.
2. Pour into glass, top off with some chia seeds and enjoy!
