INGREDIENTS
Makes 2 small cup Servings
Time: 5-10 minutes
🍦 1 cup plain, vanilla or coconut yogurt
🫐 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
💜 2 tsp berry exotic blend
🍌 1 frozen banana
🍍 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
🥛 Splash of milk (If using coconut yogurt, use lesser milk as it has a runnier consistency. If using regular yogurt, add more milk).
DIRECTIONS
1. Add yogurt, mixed berries and berry exotic blend to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, transfer to a separate bowl.
2. Add frozen pineapple and banana (and a splash of milk if needed) to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour it into small cups, adding a layers of each pineapple and berry mixtures.
4. Sprinkle some puffed quinoa, sliced almonds on top and garnish with fruit of choice.
