INGREDIENTS
Makes 2 Servings
Time: 5 minutes
π± ΒΌ cup chia seeds
π₯ 1 cup almond or oat milk
π΄ 50 g (1/2 cup) raspberries
π 2 tsp berry exotic blend
β¨ Dash of vanilla extract
π 2 tsp maple syrup
π± Β½ to 1 cup granola to serve
π₯₯ Β½ to 1 cup coconut yogurt to serve
Optional: Dark chocolate (To drizzle along the rim of the cups and dip fruit toppings)π«
DIRECTIONS
1. Mash raspberries in a large bowl and mix in chia seeds, milk, vanilla and maple syrup.
2. Stir well and let it soak for a couple of hours until the chia seeds soak up milk.
3. When ready to serve, drizzle melted chocolate along the rim of the glass, add chia mixture to your glass, layer with granola and coconut yogurt.
4. Top off with fruits of choice like red dragonfruit, strawberries or blueberries dipped in chocolate.
