A quick, healthy & ENERGIZING little treat
🍞 Enjoy banana bread? Give these light and energizing bites a shot. They're packed with vitamins, fiber, healthy fats and caffeine from guarana seeds! Recipe created by the talented, Vancouver-based @caitlin.imogenbakes - who's name says it all!

INGREDIENTS | MAKES 12-15 BITES | PLANT-BASED
Time: 10 minutes preparation; 30 mins - 2 hours setting time
🥄 2 tsp Fuel blend
🍌 1 banana
🌾 2 cups rolled oats
🌰 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌶️ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Mash banana in a medium sized mixing bowl
2. Add maple syrup, Smoov Fuel Blend & cinnamon, stir to combine
3. Add oats and walnuts, mix until combined
4. With damp hands, roll your mix into approx. 1 tablespoon sized balls
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or put the energy bites in the freezer for 30 minutes
6. Enjoy the energy from this guilt-free treat!
