INGREDIENTS | 2 Servings | PLANT-BASED
Dressing:
🥜 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 1 tbsp soy sauce
🧄 1 small garlic clove (minced)
🔥 2 tsp fuel blend
🧂 Salt & pepper (to taste)
Bowl:
🥬 2 cups Ice lettuce
🫑 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
🥕 1 small carrot (thinly sliced)
🥭 1/2 fresh mango (thinly sliced)- we used frozen mango chunks!
DIRECTIONS
1. Add ingredients for the dressing into a bowl and whisk until mixed well. If your peanut butter is solid, you can microwave it for 30 seconds to melt it.
2. Prep and slice the fruits and veggies for your bowls.
3. Drizzle dressing over each bowl & enjoy!
