Tropical Ocean Yogurt Parfaits
NUTRIENT-PACKED breakfast or snack
Nothing more refreshing than a tropical ocean parfait🌊 With nutrients from the sea without the fishy taste (thanks to our blue spirulina).
These are simple to make and go great with granola for a healthy breakfast or snack. This recipe yields about 4 cups, so make & share!💙
INGREDIENTS | 4 cups | Total time: 5 Minutes
🍨 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt + ½ cup to layer on top of blue mixture
🥛 1 cup of any plant-based milk (We used almond milk)
🍌 1 frozen banana
🍍 ½ cup frozen pineapple
🌊 2 tsp wave blend
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2.Pour
blue mixture into some cups, then add a layer of white plain yogurt for a
sea foam effect
3. Sprinkle some puffed quinoa on top and garnish with your
favorite toppings, I used kiwi, fresh pineapple and cantaloupe
smoov secrets:
- Use small cookie cutters to make fun shapes out of your fruit
- If you don’t have puffed quinoa you can also use puffed rice or granola.
