○ 1 cup frozen mango
○ 1 cup frozen banana
○ 1 tsp golden blend (Adds 5 powerful immune-boosting superfoods)
○ 1/2 cup milk or water
○ 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks (For added sweetness)
○ Fresh kiwi, blueberries, chia Seeds and coconut shreds to top off
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Pour into bowl and top off with fresh kiwi, blueberries, chia seeds and coconut shreds.
