INGREDIENTS
🌸PRETTY PINK BOWL🌸
○ 3 frozen and ripe bananas🍌
○ a squeeze of lemon🍋
○ 1 tsp blush blend 🥄
○ 1/4 cup milk🥛
Optional:
- Use maple syrup to sweeten🍁
She wants you to decorate it with anything that makes you feel good- we agree!
- Toppings:
○ 6 cut out Banana stars🍌✨
○ Sliced Strawberries 🍓
○ Pomegranate Seeds
○ Raspberries
○ Puffed quinoa
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Pour into bowl, finish off with desired toppings and dig in!
