SWEET & SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIE -
HEALTH + IMMUNE BOOSTING

This has to be the sweetest and easiest way to get your fruits & veggies in.
All thanks to a spoon of our green blend and some frozen mangoes💓
INGREDIENTS
🥭 1 cup frozen mango
🍌 1/2 cup fresh or frozen ripe banana (or half a banana)
🥄 1 tsp green blend
🥛 1 cup oat milk (Any milk works just as well!)

If you want to sip rather than scoop, use a room-temperature banana instead and some more milk!
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Pour into bowl and top off with chia, flax seeds and berries OR into a glass or jar and sip!
Enjoy on your own or double up and share this healthy delicious creation with a friend or family.
