FUN CASHEW LATTE
WARMING & NUTRITIOUS HOT/COLD DRINK

INGREDIENTS | 2 CUPS | DAIRY-FREE, PLANT-BASED
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (10 minutes to soak cashews and dates)
π2 cups oat milk (Unsweetened or Unsweetened Vanilla)
π1 cup hot water or warm water
(if you prefer cooler)
π1/4 cup cashews
π5 pitted dates
π1 tsp wave blend
π1 tsp blush blend
πDash of cinnamon
π1-2 tsp maple or date syrup
DIRECTIONS
1. Soak cashews and dates in a bowl of water for 5-10 mins (For easier blending)
2. Add all the other ingredients to a high speed blender. Add the soaked cashews and dates to the blender.
3. Blend on high for a minute or two.
4. Pour into your favourite cup and top off with coconut whip or whip cream of your choice.
5. Serve hot/warm as-is or add a few ice cubes to serve chill! Enjoy.
