EUPHORIC BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

π«πThe easiest and best way to start your day is with some overnight oats on hand. Made to grab-and-go, this recipe will keep you full throughout the morning and energized for the day. Made with our chocolatey euphoric blend and an optional spoonful of our fuel blend for slow-release energy. The other great thing about this recipe is it's versatility and can be topped off with your favourite fruit or nuts and seeds.

INGREDIENTS | PLANT-BASED, DAIRY FREE
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 2 large servings
π± 1 1/2 cup oats (large flake)
π 1 small to medium banana
π± 1 tbsp ground flax
π± 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
π₯ 2 tsp Euphoric Blend
π₯ 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
π 2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
π₯ 1 1/2 cups plant based milk

Add a spoon of our fuel blend for energy (A tsp contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee)
DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to a glass jar
2. Add all of the other ingredients into the glass jar and mix well
3. Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight
3. When it's time to serve, add your toppings of choice (berries, nuts, seeds etc.). You can always add a little more milk or water to get the consistency you like.
4. Enjoy the rest of your day!
