BLUSH COCONUT BITES
DELICIOUS SKIN-LOVING SUPERFOODS
🥥💓These dark chocolate covered coconut bites from Jea (@themintbowl) are almost too good to be true! They taste exactly like the classic BountyBar and best of all they are way healthier!
You can eat more than one and definitely feel good about eating another one. To get this pretty pink, we added a tablespoon of our skin-loving and heart healthy blush blend.

Just a spoonful of our blush blend contains 8 skin loving superfoods. Packed with antioxidants like vitamins C & E to help with hair growth, skin repair and immune support. Also a rich source of fiber to help satisfy hunger, cravings and improve digestion, making it the perfect addition to a weight loss diet.
Made with pomegranate, pink pitaya (dragonfruit), acerola cherry, beets, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry and blueberry. Cold-dried to preserve nutrients!

INGREDIENTS | 25 Bites
🤍2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
🤍4 Tbsp maple syrup
🤍3 Tbsp almond butter
🤍2 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
💓1 Tbsp blush blend
🤍1 tsp vanilla extract
🤍150g dark chocolate
🤍1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
1. Using a food processor, blend the first 6 ingredients, until well combined.
2. Use your Tbsp measuring spoon to scoop out exactly 1 Tbsp from the mixture to form each bite. Roll mixture into ball shapes with your hands, (dip your fingers in water to help make the perfect ball) Place balls on a parchment lined tray or plate and freeze for about 10 minutes or until firm.
3. In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate + coconut oil together and then carefully dip each coconut ball into the chocolate, use a spoon to help you handle, then re-freeze for about 10 minutes or until firm. Enjoy!
