We have a huge sweet tooth! We're the type to go out to eat and head straight for the dessert menu or head straight to the dessert aisle while shopping. But then we remember that most, if not all, are loaded with sugar and all sorts of unhealthy ingredients. But ofcourse our sweet tooth may not care, but we do (as we should!). Luckily there’s a way we can have our cake (or pie!) and drink it too!
Below are some of our favorite guilt-free smoothies — they actually taste like dessert in a glass! Plus, they’re loaded with healthy ingredients with the added benefits of superfoods. Try finding that on a dessert menu or grocery aisle!
TREAT YOURSELF

🍌 2 ripe, sliced and frozen bananas
🥑 1/2 avocado
🍋 1 lime squeezed
🥄 1 tsp green blend
🥄 1 tsp golden blend
🥛 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Optional:
🍁1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
